Working Student Marketing Operations (m/w/d)

Are you a digitally savvy marketing student who enjoys working with content, campaigns, and marketing tools? Join our team and support the execution of marketing initiatives across content publishing, digital campaigns, and events while gaining experience in a technology-driven environment focused on AI, data, and cloud.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the preparation and publishing of marketing content such as case studies, website updates, and marketing materials
  • Preparing and scheduling LinkedIn posts, supporting content promotion, and monitoring engagement
  • Supporting the organization and promotion of marketing events, including registrations, materials, logistics, and follow-up communication
  • Assisting with marketing operations tasks such as updating CRM data, importing leads from events, supporting campaign reporting, and assisting with campaign setup

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Comfortable working with digital tools such as LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic CMS systems
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to summarize complex topics clearly
  • A structured, reliable working style with good time management
  • Interest in technology topics such as AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • German is a strong plus for marketing activities in the DACH region

Nice to Have:

  • First experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp
