Your responsibilities:
- You are part of the Adastra team in customer projects in the areas of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management
- You will be working closely with the customer to define their data and IT landscape as well as to understand their functional requirements, e.g. regarding master data management
- You will analyze customer's data management processes and embed new governance processes
- You will conceptualize master data management solutions and lead the implementation team
- You will be responsible for internal and external guidelines on data protection and data security
- You will work in close cooperation with our international consultant team
Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:
- A university degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, statistics or a comparable course of study
- Advanced knowledge of databases, SQL, and data models
- At least four years of work experience in the areas of data governance, data quality, and master data management
- Initial experience with data governance software, such as Informatica EDC/DQ/MDM/IICS, Ataccama, Collibra, Tibco EBX, or similar
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Nice-to-have:
- Good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of the DSGVO
- Experience in consulting and dealing with customers as well as entrepreneurial understanding
