Your responsibilities:

  • Further development of a Java application with Web Interface
  • Database development
  • Support of the deployment process
  • Support of test phases and bug fixing
  • Taking part in workshops together with the customer to identify the best technical and business solution
  • Contribution with own ideas and suggestions to the development
  • Independent implementation of JIRA tickets

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A university degree in computer science, business informatics or in a comparable course of study
  • At least 3 years of experience with Java 
  • Very good knowledge of JSF and Primefaces
  • Strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension, persuasiveness and work gladly in a team
  • A high self-initiative, commitment as well as an independent and structured functioning
  • Clear and succinct verbal and written skills in English

Nice-To-Have:

  • Good knowledge in German 
  • Experience with other Java technologies (e.B. Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Maven)
  • Experience with the development tools Eclipse or IDEA
  • Good knowledge in Oracle database
  • Experience with Bitbucket and Bamboo
