MLOps Engineer (m/w/d)

The Adastra Group, a leading entity in the domain of machine learning and data solutions, is actively seeking a qualified MLOps Engineer to augment our team. The selected individual will collaborate closely with our data scientists and machine learning engineers, ensuring the seamless transition of machine learning systems from development to production.

Your responsibilities:

  • Engage with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ascertain infrastructure prerequisites for ML models and associated applications
  • Architect, develop and monitor robust mechanisms for the deployment of ML models into production, encompassing containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and endpoint configurations
  • Implement and oversee monitoring protocols for ML systems in active production, encompassing logging, alert generation, and performance metrics tracking
  • Ensure optimal performance of infrastructure tailored for machine learning workloads
  • Remain conversant with emerging trends and tools in the MLOps sphere, including but not limited to Kubeflow, MLflow, DVC, and CML

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT, inclusive of 2 years in cloud/DevOps roles with exposure to machine learning infrastructure
  • Demonstrable expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Profound understanding of Large Language model infrastructure, with a focus on CUDA
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools, notably Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with prominent ML frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Acquaintance with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
  • Programming capabilities in R and Python

Nice-To-Have:

  • Knowledge of frontend development frameworks tailored for ML, such as Streamlit and Gradio
  • Certifications associated with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
